Using ScreenConnect, he was able to walk me through downloading and configuring Outlook and other O365 apps seamlessly. He was incredibly patient and professional throughout the process. Chris even helped me set up my Zoom account, ensuring everything was functioning smoothly. The entire experience was easy and stress-free thanks to his expertise.
