In 2008 after selling his first business Corey Calvin founded a small IT consulting company to bring secure and reliable IT to a handful of life sciences startups. With a degree in IT and years of working in IT departments for large corporate enterprises, Corey not only supplied service and support to those first clients, he advised and helped them plan for the future.
Today, 14 years later, most of those first clients are still Tech River partners. As those first clients grew in size and success, so did their requirements, taking Tech River from a small startup company to a full service outsourced managed IT and cybersecurity enterprise serving clients all over the United States.
